Q: When will you be out?

A: You will be assigned a day of the week based on your location and how often you have us come out. Our hours of services are between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Q: Do I need to have the dog in the house when you come?

A: We really enjoy dogs, so unless your dog bites or will not allow us into the yard, we do not require that your best friend be confined to indoors.

Q: What if it is raining or snowing out?  Will you still come?

A:  If the ground is covered with snow/ice, we will not arrive on your specific day.  The next available day will be used to cover your date.  If your day happens to fall on a weekend, you will not be charged for the day that service is not provided.  If the rain is not heavy, we will be out. 

Q: What if one of our days is on a holiday?

A:  Our Holidays are:

• New Year's Eve & Day

• Good Friday & Easter

• Memorial Day

• The 4th Of July

• Labor Day

• Thanksgiving

• Christmas Eve & Day

If your date falls on any of these days, they will be made up the next day or you will not be charged for that day if it falls on a weekend.

Q: I'm worried that you may bring in something from another animal.  Do you take any precautions preventing this occurrence?

A: Yes!  Our equipment is sterilized before each appointment.

Q: When am I expected to pay? Will I receive an invoice notifying me what is owed?

A: If you are having us come out only once/initial cleaning, we would like to receive payment upfront.  If we are coming out multiple days, we ask that your balance be paid in full on the 30th of each month (February, of course, would be on the 28th).  You can pay using check, money order, or using our online payment page.

Q: Is there a contract?

A: No, after the initial visit, you may cancel our services at any time.

Q: Where do you put my pets waste?

A: If there is a trash can available, we will place it inside.  You will not need to touch the waste, it will be in its own bag.  If a trash can is unavailable, we take it with us at no extra charge.
